Orders are confirmed upon receipt of 33%
deposit. You may return the harp within
ten days of receipt for a full refund, if not completely satisfied; you would
pay the return shipping. On a custom order a 50% deposit
is required and is non-cancelable.
Shipping:
Our harps are shipped by truck: $185.00 each.
For the larger harps, if circumstances allow, we would prefer to hand
deliver to you or meet you half way. Call for hand deliver price.
Warranty:
STEEN HARP COMPANY warrants material and workmanship (except strings)
for five years from date of purchase for Concerts, Classics, Minstrels, and
Activity Harps.
Using strings not designed for our harps will void warranty. |
